水电四局河北易县抽蓄电站下水库全面完工

日前,水电四局(ju)承(cheng)建(jian)的河北易县(xian)抽(chou)蓄电站下水库(ku)全面完(wan)工。至此,该电站上(shang)、下水库(ku)施工任务全部完(wan)成(cheng)为(wei)实(shi)现年底首台(tai)机组投(tou)产发电提供了坚实(shi)保障(zhang)。

河(he)北易(yi)县抽水(shui)(shui)蓄能电(dian)站位(wei)于河(he)北省保定(ding)市易(yi)县,总(zong)装机容量1200兆瓦(wa),额(e)定(ding)水(shui)(shui)头(tou)354米,共安装4台单(dan)机容量300兆瓦(wa)的立轴单(dan)级混流可逆式水(shui)(shui)泵水(shui)(shui)轮机,属(shu)一等大(1)型工程(cheng)。电(dian)站由上水(shui)(shui)库、输水(shui)(shui)系统、地下厂房及开(kai)关站、下水(shui)(shui)库等部分组成,水(shui)(shui)电(dian)四局(ju)承担电(dian)站整体(ti)施工任务(wu)。

作为(wei)电站的“能量(liang)容器”,下(xia)水库(ku)主要建筑物包括大坝(ba)、进(jin)出水口、溢洪道(dao)和(he)泄洪洞等,正常蓄水位为(wei)271米(mi),库(ku)容达912.2万立方米(mi)。下(xia)水库(ku)大坝(ba)采用(yong)混凝(ning)土面板(ban)堆石坝(ba)设计,填筑总量(liang)达91.36万立方米(mi)。

上(shang)水(shui)库(ku)主坝坝顶(ding)高(gao)程(cheng)638.5米(mi),最大坝高(gao)90.5米(mi),坝轴线长458.0米(mi),坝顶(ding)宽(kuan)度为10.0米(mi)。对(dui)于上(shang)水(shui)库(ku)中至关(guan)重要的沥(li)(li)青(qing)(qing)防(fang)渗(shen)面板工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng),项(xiang)目(mu)管理团队多次(ci)组织工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)艺(yi)性(xing)试(shi)验,力求(qiu)精准确定(ding)施工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)参数,对(dui)沥(li)(li)青(qing)(qing)混(hun)凝土(tu)从拌(ban)合、运输、摊(tan)铺(pu)、碾压(ya)到检(jian)测都进(jin)行了(le)(le)严格的监控,确保(bao)每一步(bu)都符合高(gao)标准,以保(bao)障工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)的整体(ti)质量和施工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)效(xiao)率。在沥(li)(li)青(qing)(qing)混(hun)凝土(tu)斜(xie)坡碾压(ya)施工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)中,运用集成化设备(bei)系(xi)统(tong),进(jin)行流水(shui)施工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong),解(jie)决了(le)(le)多种设备(bei)多工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)序施工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)过程(cheng)中安全(quan)性(xing)、可(ke)靠性(xing)低、进(jin)度慢、协调复杂等难题,性(xing)能优于国(guo)(guo)内外同种工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)艺(yi)装置,同比节约施工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)时间20%,且电站(zhan)采(cai)用的“全(quan)库(ku)盆沥(li)(li)青(qing)(qing)混(hun)凝土(tu)防(fang)渗(shen)施工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)”为中国(guo)(guo)电建首例。

目前(qian),电(dian)站建(jian)设(she)进入全面冲刺阶段,正(zheng)在全力(li)推进机组安装与调试工作。据悉(xi),该电(dian)站建(jian)成后(hou)供电(dian)范围为河北(bei)南网,在系统中承担调峰(feng)、填谷、调频(pin)、调相、紧(jin)急事故备用等(deng)任务,对提高河北(bei)南部电(dian)网调峰(feng)能(neng)力(li),优化电(dian)源结构,支撑雄安新区智能(neng)电(dian)网建(jian)设(she)起到重要作用。
